Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Eco Property Services, we value your time and strive to provide flexible, customer-friendly service. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
1. Appointment Cancellations
- 
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
 - 
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
 - 
Failure to be present at the scheduled appointment time (“no-show”) may result in the full service fee being charged.
 
2. Rescheduling
- 
Appointments may be rescheduled once at no cost, provided the request is made more than 24 hours in advance.
 - 
Multiple or last-minute rescheduling may incur a fee, depending on technician availability and travel distance.
 
3. Service Refunds
- 
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the appointment.
 - 
We will assess the situation and may offer:

A return visit to address unresolved issues
 - 
A partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the concern

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
 
4. Non-Refundable Services
- 
Services that were fully completed and approved by the customer on-site are non-refundable.
 - 
Materials purchased specifically for a custom job may be non-refundable unless unused or returned in original condition.
 
5. Weather or Emergency Exceptions
- 
In cases of severe weather, technician emergencies, or situations beyond the customer’s control, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
